MySay Healthcare Survey

Measuring the care and treatment experiences of public hospital patients

MySay Healthcare Survey

The statewide MySay Healthcare Survey measures a patient’s experience of the care and treatment they received as a public hospital patient.

If you were recently an overnight or day procedure patient at Rockingham General Hospital, you may receive an SMS inviting you to participate in this brief (5 minute) online survey. Parents/guardians of patients under 18 years of age will also be invited via SMS to complete the survey.

Feedback from mental health patients is captured via the Your Experience of Service (YES) survey conducted annually by the Mental Health Commission.

We encourage you to complete the survey to let us know your thoughts on the care you received. Information gathered for the survey will help us identify where we are performing well and where we can improve care for future patients.

The survey is completely confidential and responses will not be connected to a specific patient.

If you have questions about how to complete the survey or want more information please send an email or call 6152 3455.

Key points

  • Participation in this online survey is voluntary.
  • Your responses will be completely confidential.
  • Participation in the survey helps us identify where we are performing well and where we can improve for future patients.
