Feedback, compliments and complaints

The Patient and Family Liaison Service is available to listen, help and assist you to provide feedback. They can provide support and information about patient rights and responsibilities and liaise with FSH staff, where appropriate.

All feedback, compliments and complaints are welcome and taken seriously. You can give feedback over the phone, in writing, via email or the hospital’s website or in person. In the first instance you can talk with the staff involved or to a senior staff member. More information on how to share your feedback with us is available on our compliments and complaints page.
